A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Truck-mount capacity handles larger losses without slowing down partway through.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Extraction dwell time gets adjusted based on how porous the specific concrete surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Jay"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Jay"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Jay"They extracted from behind built-in cabinetry without damaging the cabinets themselves, which I honestly hadn't expected them to manage."
Fernanda Q., Jay"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., JayIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 74346, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
